Il y a soixante secondes en une minute, mais je t'adore pour plus vingt secondes. 虽然这句话人们并不熟悉，但却能表达一个人内心的感情，法国人一般都是二十二十的数，因此多二十秒，一分钟只有六十秒，而我爱你的每一分钟都多出二十秒。

 

 

陳奕迅 《陀飛輪》

《陀飞轮》是陈奕迅演唱的一首粤语歌曲，收录于2010年陈奕迅推出EP 《Time Flies》，中文名时光如飞，表达出人随着年龄增长而对时间流逝的感慨。由黄伟文打造第二主打歌 《陀飞轮》，借由名表去思考时间、人生的答案  。黄伟文在继酒、车、相机后从手表出发，表达钱买不到值得回忆的时光、自由自在无拘无束的心情  。为了刻画他的人生历程，MV则有超人、太空人、小丑、兔仔等助阵，充满童年趣味，表达对童年的回味。

A Handshake Says Thousand Words

Normally when we greet a person, handshake is the first body language & also a first impression to others.

Now here is some research about what a handshake says about you.

1.  A weak handshake shows the person is lack of confidence.

2. A handshake with both hand is also called a politician handshake. The initiator is trying to show his sincerity.

3. A handshake with taking an upper hand is showing over confidence of initiator & a controller. It's also called as a dictator handshake.

4. A very quick brush off handshake shows the initiator is don't care & don't have time to this person.

5. A too hard or too long handshake shows negative excess or overcompensation.

6. A handshake with only grasp finger shows the insecurity of the person.

7. A claw of a lobster, the other person’s thumb and fingers touch the palm of your hand. The person doing this fears connecting at a deep level and may have challenges building relationships.

8. A handshake without eye contact shows the shyness & insecurity of the person.

9.Finally, the right way to shake someone’s hand. Remember to:

• Keep good posture
• Make eye contact

Coffea Coffee

 

Coffea Coffee is a nice place to chill out for coffee lovers. They serve quite a lots of type of coffees. Here I have tried Vanilla Latte. The combination of Vanilla, Espresso & steamed milk bring out a unique taste. The brewing of espresso is just nice. For people those dislike a too bitter taste of coffee like me can try this Vanilla Latte. 

Ikea Swedish Meatballs

 

For most of the people, Ikea is forever link to furniture but there is also a restaurant in Ikea which serving Swedish dishes. Their signature is the meatballs, there are three types of meatballs which are beef, chicken & vegetable. The photo above shows the beef meatballs. Their meatballs comes along with smashed potato & gravy and also a unique way is to eat the meatball with the cranberry sauce. Other than that, their fried chicken wings are also highly recommended.

Yong Tau Foo & Chee Cheong Fun

 

Yong Tau Foo is a traditional Chinese food. Yong tau foo in chinese means bean curd stuffed with minced meat. But for now, "yong tau foo" this term is symbolize all kind of dishes stuffed with minced meat. Besides that, yong tau foo also including meatballs, fish balls, crab stick and etc. Normally it served with a sweet bean sauce as shown in the photo.

 

 

Other than young tau foo, there is also another dish called chee cheong fun. Chee Cheong Fun in chinese means pork intestine noodle, it's not made from pork intestine but it looks alike. Chee Cheong Fun also served with the sweet bean sauce like as yong tau foo.

Above this yong tau foo & chee cheong fun are located at Do Re Mi food center in Ara Damansara. 

Cross-Crew-Qualification (CCQ)

CCQ is a unique concept developed by Airbus, which allows pilots to do transition training between Airbus rating in a more efficient way. This is ideal for pilots who want to change the type, or for airlines with a mixed fleet flying concept. Every combination is possible. From any Airbus type to another Airbus type. It is more economical for an airline to recruit new pilots who are already Airbus qualified. For pilots, this benefit provides greater mobility and better prospects for employment.

Haraju Cube

 

Haraju Cube located at Empire Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

 

 

This is Haraju Tart, a signature of Haraju Cube. It is a creamy cheese tart serve with an ice cream. When you cut off the tart, the creamy cheese started to melt out. The taste a bit sweet but the portion is just nice for two.

This is Anmitsu, a Japanese traditional dessert, another signature of Haraju Cube. It is combination of two scoop of ice cream, red bean, mixed fruits, mochi, nata de coco, a piece of waffle biscuit & jelly base. Their matcha ice cream is nice, creamy & not too sweet. 

 

This two desserts are highly recommended. 

Bottle to Throttle rule

 

Bottle to Throttle rule is a rule for pilots to consume alcohol before flights normally is 8 hours, however most of the airlines will increase it to 12 hours for a better time margin. This rule basically is based on the metabolism rate for a normal human to eliminate pure alcohol with a certain rate. A hangover effect should be over for a normal people after 8 hours after consumed certain amount of alcohol.

For my personal kind advice, don't drink alcohol before drive as well as before flight. 

Hello Kitty Gourmet Cafe

Hello Kitty Gourmet Cafe, located at Sunway Pyramid. For design wise, nothing much to comment since it's a Hello Kitty theme cafe so almost all the things here are Hello Kitty & pink in color.

Here you can choose for high tea or ala carte. I have tried the high tea for 2 pax which cost around RM 100. The foods also pink & Hello Kitty, for the taste is just satisfy that the ingredients are fresh. For the portion actually just nice for 2 girls for high tea. The ambiance is cozy with the pink color tone.For Hello Kitty lover, it's a nice place to explore out there.

Tourbillon

Tourbillon is a French word, means whirlwind. It is an escapement for timepiece.It operates by continuously rotating the escapement and balance assembly in order to negate the effect of gravity when the escapement is resting in a certain position.That means no matter what position the watch is in, those timing variations are essentially canceled out. It's aim is to improve accuracy.A tourbillon is one of the pinnacles of horological achievement, and a truly impressive feat of engineering.

Primo Hotpot

Primo Hotpot is a steamboat shop located at Market88 Kepayan, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. They just done their renovation in August 2015. The interior design is done by a local designer Robert Chow & renovated by his team. Robert Chow (born June 02, 1991) is a very talented Architecture & Interior designer and currently Design Director of O.C.D, Former Design Director of A2RD Atelier.

 

The design of this 极品 by using pine wood frame & LED lights is totally an eye catching when you arrive the shop as well as from far at the roadside. Simple & Unique.

This is a Japanese Chinese crossover design which makes full use of the wood element to created an cozy & warm ambiance for steamboat. 2 different kind of vinyl woods flooring brings up the clear differentiation between the platform & the floor.

  

 With the combination of the pine wood frame & the Matt black color wall as background, it fully bring up the contrast under the lights especially during night time. There is a private room provided which can fit in up to 10 peoples.
 

 Briefly talk about the foods, sorry for no taking my own photos but grab from their page :p. Their herbal soup is original recipe from Taiwan, it's a must to try on the herbal soup. The minced pork rice is nice & exactly like the Taiwan one. Besides that, the cuttlefish pancake is also highly recommended. The owner of this shop, Mr Ting also carried the Angus beef & Wagyu with an affordable price.

What's make an Airlines

Recently in Malaysia there's is a lots of new airlines have been build up. To make an airlines, it's not an easy job and required a very huge capital.

 Like as any other company, an airlines also required those basics departments such as HR department, account department, marketing department & etc, but some more departments like crew, flight dispatch, maintenance, ramp & etc are required. Build an airlines required a lots of man power to run it hence will makes higher employment rate.

Anyhow the largest cost and most important things to set up an airlines is the aircraft. An aircraft is the tool for airlines to make profit. Most of the airlines starting by leasing old aircraft from others as starting to reduce the cost. However to make an aircraft fly isn't that easy too. An airlines has to get an Air Operating Certificate (AOC) from Department Of Civil Aviation (DCA).

Basically for aircraft itself required a lot of documentation to fly it such as C of A, insurance...and everything is not easy to get certified and need to renew by time to time. To fly an aircraft there is a few sets of crew required too for operation & standby.

Other than that the route for an airlines operating is also important. It requires a lots of survey before stating a destination for the statistic of pax & cargo which determines the profit of the airlines from the route. However to land on the destination also required approval for the schedule time, parking bay, ground support...so many stuff to be considering.

Lastly how the airlines makes profit from?? That's what we called it as payload which is passenger, baggage & cargo. Some extra services can be charged too such as inflight meal, onboard wifi & merchandise.

Introduction of Pilot's Licenses & Ratings

Student Pilot License (SPL)

First License you can get from flying school or flying club to fly as a cadet pilot. With this license, you are only able to fly with instructors or solo flight.

Private Pilot License (PPL)

With a minimum of 40 hours of flight time, you can obtain your PPL by passing the flight test with Authorized Examiner (AE). With PPL, you can fly a light aircraft that you rated for with a current C of T. PPL enable you to fly with passenger but without making any profit. For those who own a private light aircraft, it's good enough to fly with PPL as hobby.

Commercial Pilot License (CPL)  

With a minimum of 200 hours of flight time, you can obtain your CPL by passing the General handling, Instrument & Flight Navigation test with Authorized Examiner (AE). With CPL, you can be hired by any commercial airlines or general aviation industry to fly as a pilot commercially.

Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL)

With a minimum of 1500 hours of flight time with certain requirement, you will be upgraded to ATPL to fly as a commander of the aircraft by meeting the company requirement. ATPL is a symbolize of the knowledge & experience gained that is more valuable to join any other airlines worldwide. Normally will be promoted as a First Officer with 3 bars by the company.

Frozen Airline Transport Pilot License (Frozen ATPL)

On top of your CPL or MPL, Frozen ATPL is the certificate shows you have done all your written exam in ATPL level. Theoretically it's a frozen license for 5 years until you meet your requirement to get the full ATPL.

Multi Crew Pilot License (MPL)

MPL is a license that tailor made for airlines cadet starting for their ab-initio training until type rating. Unlike traditional flying syllabus, MPL could shorten the training period to provide pilots to airlines in fastest time. 

Instrument Rating (IR)

IR is a rating that allow pilots to fly Instrument Flying Rule in Instrument Meteorological Condition (IMC). 

Type Rating (TR)

TR is a rating for an aircraft to let you fly the aircraft. Normally for an airlines, ground class is conducted, Computer Based Training(CBT), Type Tech Exam, Simulator Training, Skill Test (initial C of T), Endorsement, Line Training & Line Check then only you can start flying for an airlines as a second officer.  

 Assistant Flying Instructor (AFI) / Flying Instructor (FI) Rating

 AFI/FI rating allows you to guide cadet pilot in flying. The difference between this two rating is AFI rating is only available to guide cadet for certain exercises accoding to the instructional experience.

H&M X Balmain 05/11/2015

Most of the people knows about H&M, a a Swedish multinational retail-clothing company, known for its fast fashion clothing for men, women & kids. Almost every year H&M will collaborate with some other high fashion brand.

This year I have joined the event in Malaysia, with nearly queue up for 16 hours with friends but we manage to get the blue tag which is for the third batch to get in for shopping. Before start shopping, we will need to do some "homework" which is go through the catalog in H&M official website https://www.hm.com/gb/balmain We won't have anytime to think and choose what we want when go in that every batch is only given 15 minutes to shop only so everyone will shop like crazy on that time.

I only manage to get myself a sun glass. It's a good experience for me.

Nike Air Mag

Remember the movie Back to the future II?? The shoe wore by Martin Mcfly in the movie is called "Nike Air Mag"

The movie was in 1989 and Nike was asked to collaborate on this movie that would feature scenes set in the futuristic world of 2015.

This is Martin Mcfly in the movie, he traveled to 21 October 2015 and wore this shoe in the movie.

This is he in the real 21 October 2015. On Back To The Future Day, 21 October 2015, Nike and Michael J. Fox announced that there would be a future release of the Nike Air MAG with Power Laces, but it would not take place until 2016.
